People who say they are bi like both. You say she will not go out with you. Because she is bi. Either she doesn't like you. Or she is gay not bi.

First, obviously she's just not that into you. If she's bi, that would not prevent her from having a relationship with you. Unless you made some big deal about it already.

Second, you can't make her straight. If she's into women, you're never going to turn her away from that on your own.
