I'd try this: see if you can go half dosage on the ambien dissolve the tablet n your mouth; the idea with ambien is that is causes sleep rapidly n cycles out rapidly That is even more true if you skip the swallow with gradual dissolve
likewise try half dosage on the benzodiazapene but grind it up with a spoon of peanut butter; g r a d u a l l o n g e r l a s t i n g c a l m n e s s

The first thing is to ask if they are prescribed for you, if yes, then there should be no problems. Xanax is a short acting med, so if you got to bed say, 10 pm, you should be fine as long as you're going to be able to sleep at least 6- 8 hours. Ambien can cause memory problems the next day so try to keep that in mind. :) if you can.

yes, as long as you don't take any more xanax. Xanax should wear of in 4-6 hours. It also has a very short half-life.

If it was taken at 1:00pm I am assuming that she slept the afternoon. In that case she will likely be awake tonite after sleeping today. It is okay to take it again tonite. Good night!

How much do you weigh ? If 125 or below , probably not . If 140+ It might be okay . Just take a small dose .

yes xanax does not stay in your system long that is why it highly addictive, but the real question is why are you taking so many medications.

Honestly, you shouldn't be taking them at all if they're not prescibed. If they are, your doctor would have told you. If not, check with your local pharmacist. Be careful and take care of yourself.
