fair suck of the sav, lady (that's Australian for 'give me a rest') .. one wife is enough for any man .. if you treat her right; she can be a whore in the bedroom, a five star chef in the kitchen and Sofia Loren in public .. but then my 'broomstick warrior is kinda special so she just needs to be herself .. I chose perfection, I don't want it to be different

I don't believe it is healthy.

People do not live in a vacuum, and our society is SO far not aligned to deal with the unique issues surrounding polygamy that it just couldn't work in 99% of the cases, and the people in the relationship and especially any resulting children suffer for it.

Trouble is, the 99% who can not handle it usually think they are part of the 1% that can! - more often they are just confused.

No, I absolutely believe that polygamy and plural marriage is wrong. Besides, marriage, while a wonderful thing, can be quite the challenge with ONE spouse - let alone more than one!

Every girlfriend I've ever had ended up dumping me and/or hating my guts. I think it would be wise for me to get the 1 woman thing right before moving onto plural relationships. As for others, if they choose to enter into plural relationships, I think they have the right to make that choice for themselves. Outlawing polygamy is a blatant violation of the separation between church and state.

No. It was done in the Old Testament but once Christ came and gave us the model for marriage, it became monogamous.

Christ is the bridegroom and the Church is his bride. This can only be a one-to-one relationship. The same goes for marriage because it mirrors God's self-sacrificing love for us.

King Solomon was the wisest man ever to walk on the face of the Earth. He had over 1,000 wives, lovers and girl friends and what have you. A legit wife had to wait her turn almost 3 years before she could meet her lawfully wedded husband in bed once. Lesbianism was nowhere condemned in the Old Testament. God Almighty is the one sanctioning polygamy according to His Holy Will. God is the one taking full credit for all the wives that King David had and he is the one playing musical chairs with King David's wives. King David got a whole bunch of wives and God promised to take away his "innocent" or lucky wives and give them to one of his closest friends for his sexual enjoyment with them in broad daylight in sight of "all Israel".

2 Samuel 12:11-12 (NIV) "This is what the LORD says: 'Out of your own household I am going to bring calamity upon you. Before your very eyes I will take your wives and give them to one who is close to you, and he will lie with your wives in broad daylight. You did it in secret, but I will do this thing in broad daylight before all Israel.' "

It actually happened as God promised! If polygamy and public sex would have been a sinful practice, do you think that the Eternal God would personally get involved to make sure it takes place? God forbid!

NO I am NOT FLDS! Look at what happened to Warren Jeffs! Also Tom Green & John Daniel Kingston.

Forget the Fictional "Big Love".

It's NOT natural or right. 1 man to 1 woman.

Polygamy is an excuse to rape children, sleep around, (In every other culture it's ADULTERY) marry 14 y/o girls & commit welfare fraud!

I think there should be one husband one wife, why would you need more, I think if your both happy together that's good, any ways there's sexual transmitted daisies and every thing, people should be happy with one person they love and get love back, I don't see how you would want more

is your question whether I believe it's real, or believe its right?
Because it's real. But I'm not a big fan of it.

Nope. not a fan. Even though 70% of the world's population believe's it to be acceptable, I just couldn't handle it.

Honestly, the idea of having sex with two or three or even four women is sort of a turn-on for me. However, it's something that I probably won't ever do. Everyone only needs one other person in their life to take care of their sexual needs, anyway.
