I guess it depends on the troll, and even then, probably not. Most of the really egregious ones on here probably are rather timid in real life.

Example one troll recently mentioned in a message how if members of my faith had access to guns we would be a terror. I sent him a message explaining that clearly with several millions of us, if we meant to share the Bible with others by use of guns we would be doing so. I asked if he really thought that none of us had access to guns.

He answered that he knew that if we could harm others we would, and then explained how we should be put "in the ovens" and that Hitler had the right idea.

This person was vulgar and rude, however, I bet in real life he is a meager person.

Honestly I think allot of the Rough and Tough attitudes on Y!A are just that, attitudes.

If the person ever actually threatened me, and then I found out the person was in the area, I would be cautious.

One person I dealt with on eBay was a horrific troll. She even contacted me later and asked me about where I lived. I found out she had planned a trip right through my town. I politely, without mentioning the trip, told her that if Mr. Schrader ever came near me I would promptly have her arrested on the advice of the local PD. That was the last time she contacted me.

Honestly, I think it would be kinda interesting meeting Y!A members in the real world. I think most of us aren't nearly as verbous or have quite the same personalities in real life.
PS

I'm not the troll you are refering to, am I???

Yes, I would run out of the place with my hands in the air screaming "help, help, an R&S troll lives nearby and is frightening me!"

If the troll knows where you live, contact local law enforcement for advice.

Frightened? No. And I have an alibi for the night of the "incident."

Why? If you knew it and know where they live, THEY should be frightened.
