I am a hard working American with a small family who can support my family without any Govt assistance. I am finding out that because I am not a Millionair, Doctor, etc I have no chance of getting a visa. But it seams that if I were a citizen in a third world country with absolutely no way of supporting myself or my family, was from a group of people that are causing crime and distress in your land, that if I could hardly speak English, that if I was someone you would rather stay away from instead of having a pint with them, if I were someone who you would not like your children to be around, if I were scum that I could come to the UK? What is wrong? I know I would be a good law obiding citizen that could contribute something to the country even if it were just the taxes I would have to pay. Who in the heck is running this, who comes up with these laws. Would you rather the immigration dept., keep me out and let in scum, or keep scum out and let me in? Who is running the immigration

Sorry should have said where I live I live in the States, its not that I dont love my country as I have served in the US Army, but Your heritige history and your genneral attitude is something I would like my children to experiance. As I have from your country men and women who I have befriended here in the states.

Laticia i am sorry that is not what I was trying to get at, and I apologize if I offended you in any way. What I mean is it seems like they let a lot of questionable people into the country but make it hard for people of good character to get in. Also I suspect that the people I am reffering to are not on YA awnsering questions of a political nature. Correct? I hope I have clarified this a little better. Again, Laticia I do apologize.

Idiots thats who. You are the kind of family we should be inviting in tho why you would want to come in search of a better life is beyond me. This country's culture and heritage is being destroyed by the day. I have a question for Leticia, if she is an illegral immigrant as she says and has no "green card" how can she be paying taxes? She is officially not allowed to work. In that case she is working in the "black" economy and not contributing anything in terms of tax and national insurance contributions. Are you serious? I'm a illegal immigrant and I have never gotten Govt assistance, and I don;t plan on doing it, I have paid my taxes since day 1, if I'm illegal its because I haven't got a opportunity to get a green card, I could have had married someone and get legal, but its illegal that's why I wont do it, don't think only because a person is Latino they are getting Govt assistance.

I even have decreased in length in IT to the IRS, Social protection, Customs & quite a few state companies. i might make you apoplectic with the undemanding memories of gov't waste, inefficiency, laziness, want for potential & sheer idiocy Gov't can not DO something nicely, era! Dont enable them to close to well being care.

I agree with your views but it all has become a fact of life as it is with other issues.We have to learn to live with them and not make our lives miserable fighting them because no one will listen to us.Try and go with the flow it will all work out in the end.
