Despite the anatomical ambiguity of hermaphroditism, those who are, are born with the genes of only one gender. It's most usually a congenital hormonalization disorder. But, yes, sometimes it's even difficult to figure out what gender they are, until usually after puberty, when the sexual anatomy of that gender shows itself to be "predominant". Hermaphrodites can only participate sexually in that genetically assigned gender, if they can at all, in order to possibly lead to conception. But, I'm not sure whether the majority can, or can not , though. Yes, they possibly can have sex with their recessive sexual anatomical parts (but not always), but cannot participate in conceiving a child via these parts.
So, I guess I would say my answer is "yes", a Christian can have sexual intercourse with an hermaphrodite and not sin, given their genetically assigned and predominating sexual anatomy is of the opposite sex, and that they are married. (Btw, copulation is a term used for animals, not humans; unless you don't see any difference between the two.)
The natural order of things tell us that gay sex is unnatural (need I explain?); but then so is any sex outside of the heterosexual framework that doesn't lead to two committed (and sanctioned by God and community) biological parents of the opposite gender raising children. Anonymous sex of any sort; polygamy, pedophilia, beastiality, and hand jobs for that matter! Hermaphroditism is just another result of the disorder that occurred to our ordered universe when the curse of Sin (yes, with a capital "S") entered into it (see Genesis 3 and Romans 8:22 for Biblical references). This is different from the act of "sin" (with a lower case "s"), which always involves our individual choice to rebel against God's intent and will.

Fornication is considered sin whether or not the person is a hermaphrodite.
Marrying a hermaphrodite wouldn't be a sin because studies show that even though the person has both sexes, a preference definitely happens and the person becomes man or woman in mind and heart.

Just the act of fornicating is a sin, but if the hermaphrodite is married...this in itself isn't a sin.... as long as the person stays with their spouse whether they be male or female and there is no testing of sexual pleasures back and forth between 2 sexes to compare and see which the hernaphrodite is more compatible with! This would be considered adulterous!

It is only a sin if a man enters the hermaphrodite through the incorrect shoot... a female goes down on a hermaphrodite but takes pleasure in the womanly part... or either a man or a woman takes a dump on the hermaphrodite... wait that is the answer to your other question.

In Ephesians it says that anything done in a marriage bed is sacred (paraphrasing here). Therefore, if you are married to a Hermaphrodite, I guess it wouldn't be a sin. Unless you want to argue that a hermaphradite is a third sex. In which case, it's not covered.

I've read through the whole Bible and have not run into any mention of hermaphrodites. Myself not a Christian, I can't say more about that. Good luck.

I think the question ought to be "Can a hermaphrodite enter into marriage with someone and not offend God?"
After all, sex within marriage still probably wouldn't be "OK" since it'll never be "totally hetero".

That's a head-scratcher.
Since such sex would, I think, have to be described as bi-sexual, and since bi-sex is not Christian-kosher, then it would appear that the answer is no, it's not possible.
