Is there a free gamecam that you don't have to download. and it would be nice if it does not put on a watermark but if it does i don't care.

like you can put in the url of the site that your trying to make a video of then it well saves the video to your computr. sorry i can't spell.

If you don't download, how is it going to interface with your video card to record anything?

That's like asking for a device that makes your car run faster without touching it. :P
