Yes...flat beer has the same alcohol precentage. HOWEVER, carbonated drinks make the alcohol enter your blood stream faster....so flat beer will get you drunk...but it'll take you longer.

As the first answer stated yes you will still get drunk, the time difference will be negligible though as it is still the alcoholic content that absorbs into your blood stream, carbonation does somewhat transport but mainly you will just be losing the more refreshing taste when it becomes flat....like when pop goes flat you still get the same caffeine intake.

Of course it does, it just doesn't taste very well.

If you are going to drink beer and pay for it, why don't you get a nice fresh cold beer with a head on it.

Or are you going around after the party, drinking up the leftovers?

Mmmm?

Flat beer has lost its carbonation, not its alcohol. Unless you boiled it or something it will get you drunk.

Of course, it's not like the alcohol disappears when it goes flat, just the CO2

The bubbles (the carbon dioxide) does not get your drunk - the alcohol does, so yes it would
