Nothing. There is nothing of value there for me.

Church is a place where believers of Jesus Christ can get together and participate in activities we feel are benificial to us. It is a place where we are isolated from the junk in the world. It is the safe place for Christians. I can not speak for the rest of the world but America will not allow Christians to worship Jesus Christ in public. I get excited about attending Church services. I soak up the information from the sermons my pastor preaches. It is very insightful. I enjoy helping out in the education of our youth. Our Church has activities groups and we do recreational things. We have a group that gets together and rides mountain bikes every other Saturday. Knowing that I am going to see many friendly people at the Church services is encouraging. If you don't want to go don't go.

There is no reason at all for me to attend church. Mom's father was a Baptist pastor, so I was in church every Sunday from the time I was born, until I was old enough to defy my parents. I saw errors in the Bible at age 7. I do not waste my time or my money on nonsense. The last time I was in church, 3 offerings were collected. If you are big and strong, you might drag me into church, but I am a 6'-1', 360 pound powerlifter and martial artist, so I doubt that you could make me go into a church.

I'm at church multiple times per week. But one thing that keeps me there is having found a niche, some way that I can help other people with their worship experience. So I work with the church music. I find that the music really puts me in a reverent frame of mind, and hope that it has the same effect on others. I also help prepare the altar for Communion.

Most important to me is how I feel when I walk out, and how engaging is the speaker. I appreciate the art of speaking, some are better than others.

Actually making the process enjoyable. I skip services because they bore me to death. I've heard all the stories and had all the talks so many times....there's really never anything new, and I definitely don't need a middle man to deliver my prayers for me.

If you need encouraging, you need salvation.
As for the unsaved, maybe for the "believers" to pray through.

Free beer and the option to not worship their god. If it was just to chill and converse with people, I might go. (And I work every Sunday)
