Yes, this is a definite case of round worms and the others are correct - it is passed from the dam in the milk. The dam needs to be wormed with a pyrantel paomate based wormer 1/2 way through her gestation and then the puppies AND the dam need wormed at 2,3,4,6 and 8 wks with pyrantel paomate based wormer to make sure they are clear of round worms.
If bad enough, they will vomit the worms. At this point it is a severe case and your puppies can DIE. You need them wormed NOW and the vet will need to do it. You need to have the correct type of wormer (quality) and if you worm too heavy with a severe case like this, you can shock the system so badly that the worming could kill the puppies as well.

Pups should be dewormed pretty quickly, or they will almost always get worms. I don't think you should be to worried, but I'd suggest just getting him some dewormer as soon as you can, and that goes for the rest of the puppies to

Still, Spay and Neuter is still important, Try getting your female spayed before she contributes anymore to the over population problem.

Most all puppies have worms...roundworms to be exact. They get them from the mom through the milk. The larve can encyst in the muscle tissue of the bit ch and be released with the hormones of pregnancy, then passed through the milk to the puppies. ALL puppies should be wormed at 2,4,6,8,and 10 weeks for that very reason.
Call again tomorrow. They will either get you wormer for mom and pups, or you will have to bring in a fecal sample or a pup.

puppies can get worms naturally , but usually cant have the dewormer sold at stores until 6 weeks. just be careful to not let the other puppies near his throwup or excrement.

check with ur vet tomorrow morning about dewormer.

The mother dog must have worms, just not visible or detected yet,... coz it's passed down to pups.
All should be wormed.
Have vet exam and advise you of dosage and dewormer meds.

You haven't dewormed him yet? That's a problem. Get him to the vet when you can so that he can be dewormed properly and put on meds.
