It is? All I see around me are Christians howling about how they're under attack, yet on my drive home from the doctor today I saw three dozen churches taking up prime real estate, paying no taxes yet benefitting from government services.
In order to carry out your own persecutions, first you must claim you're being persecuted. It worked for the Christian leader named Adolf Hitler.

I find that intolerance on all levels is growing..I have heard racial remarks I never would have heard a few year ago. I find people have no compunction about trashing any belief, race, or creed. Oh, I am a Christian, and I get slammed a lot.

Because in this country you can't say anything about Judaism as that is anti semitic. You can't say anything about Islam as that is insensitive and some of them may try to harm you for disagreeing with them. But if you criticize a Christian, they will turn the other cheek and not storm the castle.

The politically correct are liberal, socialist, atheistic communists that hate God and anybody who is a Christian.
I feel sorry for these people because they know not what they are doing.
There is no sin so large that God is not willing, and able, to forgive us of it when we truly turn to Him in repentance, desiring His forgiveness.
“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

Because Christianity has always thought it correct to slam all others.
Don't throw punches for generations without thinking they won't eventually be returned.
