You need counseling to get this under control. Perhaps someone at school could help but I think you will need your parent's insurance to pay for these sessions. Why would you not tell your parents? They love you and want you to be healthy...if you continue in this fashion you will die...tell them tonight and get on the road to recovery!

The fact that you realize your problem is the first and most important step to getting back to normal . . .

Start to experiment with foods that you like (proteins and vegetables - very little starches or sugars) and don't eat huge amounts . . . Small portions at first and little snacks during the day, like cheese or fruit . . .

Taking a vitamin B-12 tablet in the morning, with some juice, will give you a better appetite . . .

Hang a picture of someone healthy and beautiful next to your mirror, like Sandra Bullock so that you'll have a good point of reference instead of an imaginary ideal . . .

As your perceptions change and your stomach gets used to food again, you'll get back to normal and be the beautiful lady that you want to be . . .

Since you have access to a computer, type in each of the names of the disorders and you will find articles talking about them and how to get better.
If you have an adult you trust, perhaps another relative, or a teacher, confide in them. You will need help to get better. It will be hard, but you need to ask the other adult to help you talk to your parents.
You need to see your doctor who can help prescribe the correct treatment. The answer might be some counseling, some medication, or a combination of both.
This is a big step in the right direction toward getting healthy. You can do it, just take it one step at a time.

You should always be open with your parents. Especailly when its something life threatening. If you have that bad of a problem your parents should be seeing signs that you have something wrong. Talk to your parents, most importantly get help from a medical professional.

both those could be obsessive compulsive. i would advise going to your Dr, they won't tell your parents but will be able to give you the help you need. I know, i've been there. it's not as easy as just stopping but the good thing is that you want to stop. well done, your on the first step.

Tell your parents!!!! They will be upset but not for the reasons you think- it will be because they love you and want you NOT TO DIE. Really they will be your biggest supporters and will only make it easier for you to get help and to stick with a program
