They are females.
They were born 7 weeks early at 4lbs 3oz and 5lbs 4oz.
July 2006 they weighed 34 and 37 lbs.
October 2007 they weigh 30 and 33 lbs.
They wear big 18 months, and all 24 month clothing.

It would be one thing if they were just small, but kept growing...

But they have lost weight over 15 months...

They are not my children, but I care for them on weekends and they also have bruising and diaper rashes...and if you didn't notice by that sentence, they are still in diapers, and no where CLOSE to being potty trained...

IS THEIR WEIGHT LOSS OKAY???

I AM ONE OF THEIR PRIMARY CARE GIVERS AND A CLOSE RELATIVE.

THEY ARE NOT BEING TREATED FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND THEIR WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT DUE TO ANY MEDICAL REASONS!

When I tell them they have to go home they cry and say, "I'm sorry!" like they're being punished by being sent home.

I am sorry that some anal people were bothered by 43 months. They are 3 years, 7 months, or 3 and a half years, or 3 years. Take your pic. All I want is help for the children I love.

That is a question for a pediatrician. Bring your concerns to their parents.

You should speak with the parent and make note of the bruising, diaper rashes, potty training and weight loss. If you are dissatisfied, then contact CPS. For all you know, they may be getting treated for a problem. They are not your children, but you keep weight tabs on them? Odd.

My niece was 7 weeks early, too. She only weighed 2lbs.,10ozs. and was 16 inches long. She grew very slowly, and only weighed 29 lbs when she was 6 years old.She was a picky eater and would lose weight occasionally. When she was around 9,she started to catch up ,and when she hit puberty, she had a real growth spurt. She's 17 now,and of average height and weight.I would worry about the bruises and lack of potty training, though. My niece was only around 20 months when she was potty trained.

I though once they turned 2 you just start calling them by their age in years not months? 43 months sounds ridiculous. You should say 3 and a half years old.
