Sort of. It depend your hight if you were around 5 ft. to 5 foot 3 I would say kind of cute. But no offense... you asked, your facual features look miss alighned, perhaps you could use better makeup to enhance your eyes. Really make them pop with lots of black and dark shades. Learn how to accent your cheeckbones so you don't show chipmunk cheeks. Try to run not pink, but deep red blush along the bone. Also a little weight lose never hurt, no offense but it doesn't mean you are not pretty =) because you are, just some tips on how to show it off.

I think you're pretty really...you do look a little young, but your make up, if ur wearing any, looks well done. Except bring out your eyes a little more because of your bangs! Good luck!
