Don't ask me how I came up with this question, just glanced at the letter E on a website and looked at it for a minute.. then wondered if each of the strokes were individually named.

Sounds silly, but I'm genuinely interested to see if this has an answer. Thanks.

No idea...
...but silly facts like that drive me crazy too...

...You know what the little metal band round the top of pencil to keep the rubber in place...?
It's called a ferrule.
You can have that one.
The bit of skin in between the nostrils, thats calle a cumlae nasi, ..or something like that.
...Have that one too..

The thing they put in beer cans to make the froth is called a whatsit because they couldn't think of a better name for it.
