If so, can you tell everyone about it, like the amount, and how much you received, and also how long it took to receive it after you prayed...?
I have faith, but still need a bit of encouragement

Wow, it's really interesting that people will 'judge' a person's motives with having completely NO IDEA what is going on in thier personal life...interesting

I purchased a car once for $2,800.00 the next month after putting another $300.00 into it, a lady hit me and rode the bumper all the way down the passenger side. This was a big heavy car so the doors were very expensive to buy and there were none in our area so the insurance gave me a price of $2,200.00 for the car because it was totaled. Well, this car had very few miles on it and this was why we bought it and I knew that we were getting took but the insurance guy said well, we can not find any other cars in your area that are comparable so I went into Church that day, because we had Adoration (this is where they put the consecrated Host into the Monstrance or the ornate gold holder and set it on the Altar for people to come in and Adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament) and I knelt before him and told him what was going on and asked for his help. I am not kidding when I got back home, the insurance agent was on the phone and he told me that he was just then able to find this car almost just like the one that was wrecked for $4,000.00 plus the tax and license so that was what he was going to pay us. Glory to God and Thank You Jesus.

I had given my last 20 dollars in church once in faith that I would recieve blessing back. I was big on God and money, but I felt that money was the reason I was going, so I gave my last bit, for his help in return. When I told my wife, she cried because I gave away my money to the church. Long story short, we had gotten a couple hundred dollars back because my wife went gambling with her aunt (which I didn't like), but she came home with over 500 dollars 2 days after I gave the money. I have noticed I get only what I need, not what I want. Remeber, God looks at the heart when you pray. Show you are a good steward with the money you are given, and more will be trusted in you over the long-term. I hope this helps. God Bless.

"Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added unto you."
God provides me with financial blessings on a daily basis. I would rather live that way, depending on God to bring work my way, for I am not afraid to work, as so many seem to be these days.
If you are speaking about God bringing money to you in an amount that will make you rich, I am afraid you will be waiting in vain. He does not work like that. He knows that great deals of money change people, and not for the better. When people have money, they do not need God, or so they seem to think.
Christ said it best. "And again I say unto you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."
Because where a man's riches are, there his heart is, also.

We were traveling through Florida over to Colorado. We stopped at a convenience store to get some milk for the kids, we had hardly any money left. A lady was going into a beauty parlor to have her hair done, stopped and said that she had some money to give to us. She gave us $100 bill. This bought milk, diapers and more gas to get to the next destination. He takes care of our everyday needs.

Yes my husband and I were unable to make it and we prayed and were both hired at a large factory that paid much more than we could have ever dreamed of. It was an answer to prayer. As my husband testified at church, he made the mistake of saying how much we made and people were jealous. This was over 20 years ago, but God has brought in money in the nick of time after we prayed many times. We have learned to give and have found out , you cant out give God.

Once I needed money to buy my daughter glasses really badly. I prayed about it for weeks and then one day I had a check in the mail for $250 from Verizon from a rebate that I had turned in 2 years ago and had given up on.
Hang in there, he will answer if it's right!

Yup! I asked God to provide a car for me that I could afford, and a SPECIFIC car, at that! And yes, He provided it, and the price was even better than I had hoped!

God bless!

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Luk 12:31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

We are to serve God because we love him, not because of what he can give us. If we serve him with a sincere heart and seek his righteousness first, then he will give us what we have need of.
