Having your hair cut is a time you get a lot of personal attention. The barber is close to your head with scissors, talking to you, hisor her attention fullyon your head. To dream you're loising your hair normally means your worried about having something taken away from you
so to dream you're getting it cut i'd say you're worried about something that you know was within your control to manage properly but you didn't and now you're worried you'll lose whatever thi is or get in some form of trouble
