Even though your partial statement leaves me convinced you're not mature enough to get married, it's your life. It depends on where you are at. Some states allow it with both parents permission; if both parties are under 18, then it may not be allowed. An emancipated minor can get married without parental consent.
I'd suggest calling the courthouse in the jurisdiction you plan to initiate your nuptuals, or look online for the state marriage license application requirements.
Please think long and hard before getting married... how will you support yourselves? Where will you live? How will you finish your educations? If you're 15 and pregnant marriage is not the only choice for you. If he's 18 or older, then he's potentially a child molester... I can't imagine getting married at 15, there's SO much life to live before you settle in for the long term, but if it is what you really want, good luck to you!

I do believe in Utah you can and other states are possible.
I wouldn't advise getting married at 15, because when I was 15 I really, really wanted to get married. Heck, I still do, but at 15 I didn't know the man that I was really supposed to be with.
If you are supposed to be with this person you are thinking about (if you have one--- I mean you could just be asking the question for the heck of it) then it will last a few more years until you are financially, emotionally, and legally ready (in most states) for such a task.

You can as long as your parents allow you to. His also. This is just my opinion: Its a big commitment, young couples don't seem to last. Once your married you can;t just break up, its much more serious. If your pregnant then thats different. But do you really want to waste your time on a relationship that won't last til your 18. Wait awhile if your still together 4 years from now, Heck yeah get married. But your 15 you may think your ready for marriage but your not.

In the United States, all but two states require a couple be age 18 in order to marry without parental consent. Nebraska sets the age at 19 and Mississippi at 21 at the time of this writing (May 2003). A few states will waive this requirement if there is a pregnancy involved, but the couple may still have to have court approval.
if under 18 I think you have to have the notarized consent from your parents or legal guardian

You probably could, with your parents' written consent. But don't you think you should at least finish school so you can learn to spell and write a full sentence? I'm not saying that to be mean, but reread your question, you obviously aren't very educated to write like that. If you're going to enter the world of adults by being married, that's going to require a grip on spelling, writing, math as just the basics to get you through life.

In some states you can with your parents permission. When you apply for a marriage certificate you have to show proof of age. Why would you want to get married at 15 anyway?

You're 15 years old, have been with the guy only 5 months, and are already having sex. You are NOT ready to get married, nor are you ready to get pregnant and have a child. You couldn't get married even if you wanted to at your age. I suggest you focus on your education and stop playing with fire.
BTW, I knew of a 16 year-old girl who dropped out of high school, and with her parent's permission married her teenage boyfriend. They lived in an apartment created in their parents' garage. Both worked at McDonalds to support themselves. And they had a couple of kids they couldn't afford to support. Several years later, they divorced. She was left with 2 children she couldn't afford to support on her own, no high school diploma (much less a college education), no job skills other than flipping burgers, and not enough child support. Yep, it's real glamourous to get married and make babies before one is emotionally and financially mature enough.

Why would you want to get married so young? You aren't even finished growing up yet.
I'm sure though, you don't want a lecture... you just want to know if it is allowed. I believe that if one of you is at least 18 and your parents are there to consent to the marriage... it is possible.
I urge you to wait though. 15 is way too young. I wanted to marry my high school love and we were gonna get married as soon as we go out of college.... but by then, we were two totally different people that just didn't "fit" anymore. Just keep that in mind.

I hope not. You're too young to know what's best for you and that's obvious because you want to get married at 15.
