Not against each other, but just as a starting hand all things being equal.

Bigsky_52 i dont think hes asking which one is going to win more if you guys get it allin preflop because he could have easily figured that himself. I think hes saying in most situations postflop which hand plays better?

Edit: Bigsky_52, im so so sorry if i sounded like a prick. Im alsovery sorry that you are offended and im sorry i sounded so condescending (sorry i suck at spelling). Just thought that was what his question was asking and was offering a suggestion. Well hope we're cool now and that you will forgive me :)

As a starting hand AK is a better hand just because you play these type of hands for pairs (AK, AQ, KQ, KJ) as its hard to flop anything else of value.

When you have KQss and flop top pair and get lots of action its hard to make the right choice. (call or fold) as AK or AQ beats you with a higher kicker. On the other hand.. with AK you can call with more reasurrance (as i said i suck at spelling) because other people could easily have lower kickers.

When a hand is suited its value isnt increased very much as theres only a 1% chance of flopping a flush and like 10.9% of flopping a flush draw. When you do flop a flush draw you only have 35% chance of htting by the river. Often times, you wont get the correct price to see both cards, just one. Of course, suited cards go up in value when people have deeper stacks (200 bb or more) as top pair is usually never good when you go allin. However, KQss is barely the better hand even this deep just because people love to play Axs type hands and you lose alot of money with the second best hand.

Okay so basically... AKo is the better hand 100 bb deep as many people stack off with worse kickers (which isnt bad as game are very agressive these days). KQss is probaly the better hand 300 bb deep or more as you can stack someone a little more confidently(but not much). If you have AK with tptk with 300 bb you will only win 5% of the time if both of you guys are allin as people stack off only with 2 pair or better hands most of the time.

I disagree say you are playing ten handed nine handed or 8 handed and about four or five people see the flop every time i would choose kQs Ak is not going to help u unless u make a pair because high card is worth nothing u much rather want flush possibilities.Ak is much better three handed or two handed. You make a steady raise and if you go two handed to the flop u have a very good chance of taking the pot

Big slick is a serious favorite over KQ in this situation. About 70% to 30%. Give me the statistical favorite every time.

Edit-
Hey dunhate, since when is giving a reason for your opinion somehow against the rules? I explained my reasoning for why I prefer AK, namely that it's a big favorite. Would you prefer I simply said one or the other with no reason at all?

2nd Edit-
Dunhate, it appears after some clarification that I was in fact misreading the question. No worries, sorry if my response was "over the top". Heh heh heh.....
