I need to know how I can lose like 30 lbs.
I'm 6' tall. And I weigh about 200 lbs. I HATE being fat. I mean I don't look like wicked fat, but still, even that little bit of stomach fat is just weird.. I used to be as skinny as a toothpick. But now I don't know how I can lose weight. I don't eat too much either. But I can't really go to exercise anywhere. I live in this crapy town in NH. Only places I can go is to the school track but it's always full n I can't work out anywhere. Please help?
