Help!
Okay, so I have 4 small red potatoes, quartered; one onion in chunks; one tomato in chunks; one mushroom, sliced; some garlic cloves, and two skinless chicken breasts in a ceramic baking dish with a glass cover.
How long and at what temperature should I bake this?

Say, would it matter if you put the chicken on top of the veggies, or vice versa?

1 hour on 350degrees or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender. Sounds good! I would put the chicken on top as long as it is covered. another thing to use in place of boullion is to toss potatoes, onion, tomato and mushroom in some melted marg.

I always bake chicken for a minimum of 1 hour.
Splash some chicken broth in to be sure you don't dry out your breasts. I bake at 350-400degrees.
