I am not fat, i am farely tall but i am always hungry!! i have been starting gain weight because of how i am eatting all the time... gosh, but idon'tknow what to do... yesterday i decided i would only eat breakfast lunch and dinner... no snacks inbetween and inbetween lunch and dinner, i was so hungry i got the worst headach and i was wiped out for the rest of the day.....
Please help? i don't know what to do, but going to the doctor or getting a special pill is out of the question because my mom says i am not eatting to much! but i am the one that is on the scale and watching my weight go up!
I think i am asking for some good, healthly snacks that are filling but not to much fat and calories! i am also going to start exerciseing some!!
