I am not fat, i am farely tall but i am always hungry!! i have been starting gain weight because of how i am eatting all the time... gosh, but idon'tknow what to do... yesterday i decided i would only eat breakfast lunch and dinner... no snacks inbetween and inbetween lunch and dinner, i was so hungry i got the worst headach and i was wiped out for the rest of the day.....
Please help? i don't know what to do, but going to the doctor or getting a special pill is out of the question because my mom says i am not eatting to much! but i am the one that is on the scale and watching my weight go up!
I think i am asking for some good, healthly snacks that are filling but not to much fat and calories! i am also going to start exerciseing some!!

you may need to eat more, especially if your taller you have more body that needs nutrients etc.
So eat what you think is enough, do not over eat and all that malarki, but yer exercise as well that will be good for a lot of things.

Listen to your Mom. She can tell you how much you should be eating and what not to eat. And she will be honest about your figure and when dieting is necessary.

How old are you? Unless you are over 16, you shouldn't have restrictions on your diet, because your body is growing and it needs all the calories a healthy diet can deposit.

Diet is less important than exercise. Being overweight and exercising is better than being a skinny couch potato. So forget the dieting, eat what Mom puts in front of you and start walking, running, swimming, whatever floats your boat.

When you do eat a) make sure its healthy foods and b) eat nice and slowly. It takes a while for the body to realize its full.
