2 Timothy 3
1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

because most pple are turning away from God my dear. Living the way of the World and carrying out the desires of the Flesh is what causes evil to progress and others see it and think wow thats cool i should try it and it progresses and becomes like normal. The world can not be the same from generation to generation so like 5 generations from now people will think stripping is normal or cursing at God is normal and it would be an evry day life thing. that is why we must be caushion now for the devil is moving around like a roaring lio lookn for souls to devour.thnx

Because religious people don't see what they're doing as evil; they think it's "God's will"... George Bush and Osama Bin Laden are two sides of the same coin; both are willing to kill the innocent in order to punish the guilty, both justify their actions on a religious basis, both are supported by fanatics who think that their leader can do no wrong, etc, etc... and of course there are the radical Zionists who want to wipe out the Palestinians and destroy the Dome of the Rock to build a new Jewish Temple... monotheism is a mental disorder!

What do you consider evil? Slavery was evil, not we don't have it. Stoning people to death for working on the sabbeth is ordered in the bible, but people ignore that part of the bible. I don't think there is as much child sex abuse in the Catholic church as there once was. I think evil is decreasing, except in muslim countries of course, because religion doesn't control people like it use to.

Because it is so easy to. We can easily sink into the disries of the flesh. But we all do evil. Not so much the degree of evil but the source of it. It's our free will. We choose to disobey God.

That depends on your definition of evil.

I don't think most people are accepting of what they themselves perceive as evil.

My description of evil might be your description of fun. But if you're not hurting anyone, then who am I to complain?

that is what i was thinking about this couple of days, doing evil thing is becoming like being cool or you don't care about life in genral. It is really sad thing, no wonder you see al this crimes and suicides.
The bible says things gets worse and wore st the more days go by. you know the morality of people are decreasing like wow.
I wonder in next generation if there will be any order in general, like respecting your parents...

The media ONLY covers bad news because they think that's the only thing that attracts viewers. Evil is NOT beating Good. It's just talked about more.

Good will ALWAYS prevail. ALWAYS.

Because Satan is crafty and beguiling, and fewer and fewer of God's children are standing strong against that wise old serpent. It's all leading to the final showdown - don't know when or where, but it's coming. Satan is disguising evil as good, you an see it everywhere, and more and more fall for it.

Have you actually done any real research on whether events you consider "evil" are occurring more often, less often, or at about the same rate per capita as they have for all of recorded history?

I think the raw data might surprise you!
