a guy came up to me today & he told me tht i was going out with a guy tht hasnt been circumsized yet?
i was like wtf...
what does it mean!?

It is a piece of skin on a mans penis that is usually removed when they are born. Most men have had it removed but some do not because of their religion (like jewish people). It does not do anything or feel different. They just have to make sure to fold it back when showering to keep the area clean.
