what should i say back to him or say to him that would make my diss so much better and make me win.
got any good disses or insults to say to him or even something that would make him sound stupid and make me sound smart?

Tell him that the defination of retard is to restrain or hold back. I would also try telling him thanks. A friend of mine called me a wierdo and I said thanks and he looked at me like I was crazy. And he never did it again.
