While there are no rules of etiquette in regards to eating soup at 10:30pm, I am confused as to why this would be an issue unless you are a guest in someone elses home and are thinking of helping yourself to the larder. If so then it's a no go.

What's the scoop with Soup?
Yes!!!
I usually eat and snack late. I try to wait about an hour before I go to bed after eating, helps cut down on Heartburn.

Soup is good. Try chicken noodle or tomato (I love generic canned soup similar to Campbell's, especially Ralphs.)

No way! Soup doesnt really settle on your stomach like a double quarter pounder or something... so go ahead and enjoy your soup! :)
