hi how are you?
Hola, como esta(s)? The "s" is more colloquial, without the "s" is a sign of respect.

I'm fine. Thank you.
Estoy bien, gracias (literally).

Following your answer, if you ask the following:
What about you?
Y tu? (As simple as that)
Y usted? (When respectfully addressing someone)

Suerte! Good Luck!

If you don't know the person that well, you just met or it is an authority :

Hola, como esta? (no S at the end, shows some sort of respect)

Estoy bien, gracias. Y usted? (Usted is a more respectful way of saying you)

If the person is a friend or family member, then you say

Hola, como estas?
Estoy bien, gracias. Y tu?

Hola, como estas? (upside down ? in front)

Estoy bien (good) gracias, y tu?

at the end you can say usted instead of tu. It would be appropriate for an adult or to show respect.

For future reference, don't use language generators online -ever-. They're often very garbled and wrong. You'd be better off asking questions here, since people usually answer correctly.

And, people answered your question already, but!...

"Hi, how are you?" = "Hola. Como estas?" (note that there are accents on certain words that I cannot add since I don't know the character for it :p)

"Estoy bien. Y tu?"

Hola, cómo estas? (use this informally) - Hi, how are you?
Hola, cómo esta usted? (use this as a form of respect when speaking to someone older, outside of the family)

Estoy bien gracias, y tu? (informal)
Estoy bien, gracias, y usted? (formal)
