According to the six ammendment of the commandment 'thou shall not steal' it clearly states "in the case of atheists wielding tea bags, thou shalt strive not to take it, but if thou shall fall short and stumble, be sure not to pound such atheists with thy mallots on the way out."

If it's a sin in your religion then you have committed a sin. It doesn't matter who you steal from.
