I am a performer Actress/Singer and I have recently developed allergies, not really severe but enough to bother me while I sing. I have a perscription for Lortadine and that seems to work ok, but makes me feel very dry. Anyone have any suggestions on allergy relief for someone who performs regulary

I'm a guitarist and songwriter. I perform as a singer occasionally, I sing for my guitar students and I have performed with a choirs. For several years, I had allergies that made it just impossible for me to hold a note steady. I finally found a nutritional product that stopped the allergies and enabled me to relax my larnyx as I sing, without any special medication. And these don't make me drousy.

k, you need to keep your immune system healthy if you don't want allergies, vitamin c, multivitamins, oranges, berries, healthy food in general, as a performer, you really can't afford to get sick, think of it as your job, you have to keep healthy, you might even try a drink mix called "emergen-c" or an allergy free pillow, it also help to shower before you go to bed(dry your hair though) so you can avoid bringing in the days allergins to bed with you
