Of course He does man just wants do disprove Him. They don't like rules and want to be rebellious. The devil brainwashes people to follow him by listening to his music and breaking all of God's commandments.

I have no questions about god or for god ,but there are so many different religions and even different views on god by the same types of religion so asking question about him is surely the only way to really get to know about god.
Matthew 7:13 &14 says to seek out the right path so how would you do that if you blindly believe ?
Faith is ....The assured expetation of things to come. What would you base your assured expetation on ? The word assured implies some reasion which can be justified ,Just saying I have faith without questioning to understand the basis of your faith makes you open to falling prey to anyone who calls them self a spritual leader

The only problem I have God is with the Christian idea of God.
The one in the bible who tells his followers to smite and hurt and kill. Who makes women property and daughters no more then animals for trading.
The one who told a man to kill his own son to prove his loyality.
My God brings the Sun to the crops. My God sings and dances and loves the Goddess and because of that love all things know joy. My God keeps the herds and beasts well and looked after. My God,in his guise of the Lord of the Grain, sacrifices himself yearly under the sickle of death in the harvest so all may live.
And you ask why I question your God as opposed to mine?
Blessings,
Aviana

Amen! Our God is not made of wood and stone! Our God is not made of flesh and bone! Our God is not made of human thoughts! Oh! Our God is the One true God! Our God is the One true God! Tear down the idols! Tear down the idols! Tear down the idols in the name of the Lord!

yes.. He is God and that is one of the attributes of faith... hope for things not seen and in that u don;'t ask.. God why.. I think some pple ask becuz they have not really gone into strong relationship with him and that is why he says "come to me and i will give you rest." We need to trust him because if someone is God he cannot fail his people and like Abraham who accepted followed God to sacrifice his son, we should trust him for he said in psalms that He knows the Plans He has for Us plans to prosper us .

I never question god. I do however question a man made religion pretending to be from god.
No it is NOT the same thing. You MAY believe your bible is from god but I do not. I do believe god would have NOTHING to do with your megalomaniac version of god.

I don't think many people question god, but rather question the existence of god.

You're right about God... just a little mistaken about God's identity. To put it bluntly, YHVH/Yahveh/Jehovah is not, was not, and never will be God. He is a pretender...

Why do you believe in a man-made creation? Why do we assume you are an ill-educated, gullible American?
Please don't bother to answer. We're bored.

I agree 100%. We must never question what the Bible says or what God does. We must have faith and trust in Him. The contradictions in the Bible are nothing but verses taken out of context and we are NOT God, so OF COURSE we don't know all the answers, so sometimes God may do something that seems unfair, but it is really for our good in the long run.
God bless.
