guys i play on full tilt...im pretty good
i started out when i was young'n' on betmill...it shut down...i went to bodog, party poker, doyles room...
on party poker i won a 5 dollar nl with 1684 ppl in it...i've mainly played low stakes until i turned 21.

like i said now im on full tilt. and i have been running horrible i mean 3 tournies in one night

i had ace king ...they had low pocket pairs ...lost everyone of them
then the next tourney all in pre flop i had qq ...he had ak ...i lost

last night i had 33 ....8 ppl at the table limped in...it came 3 j j .....knew sum1 had to have a jack and i could get them to put me all in ...exactly what happened...he had king jack ...next card king

then today in a cash game...i was sittin around folding bs hands for about a half hour...before i got queens....made a 3 times the blind raise....then sum1 re raised...and a call...i was comfortable going all in and did...the flop comes 4 J 5 rainbow....both otheres go all in .....they have ace king and pocket 7's ....the turns a queen...where i let out a sigh of relief ...then river 10 ....ace king makes the straight....and makes me sick.
it seems like every tourney im in i have the best of it going in and lose way more than i should...i need some advice. I'm young i have great talent and great discipline. but its really getting old...so just looking for advice thanks.

That's the game bro, it can be very upsetting so if you are weak minded then you need to go do something else. Besides that you have to play for the long run, and not the short run. If i loss 200 one night, i really don't even give it any thought. This is because i know that if i keep on playing good solid poker, then I'll look back in 3 weeks and I'll see that I'm up 300-400. So in the short-run anything can happen, but over the long run is what your really playing for. You may also be pressing to much trying to win back money you have lost. I have been on bad runs where i start to press to much and i start to get outside what i do best, and end up going broke. So just take a break for a few days, then get back on the horse.

It seems to me that you are making +EV decisions and are getting unlucky. I know of some people that lost 10 buyins in some crazy agressive cash games. Many people, who should be winners and have the ability to make tons of money start playing with scared money and not making +EV decisions when they start dropping buyins. You have to tell yourself, i made the right play and my oppenent is a fish. Usually i tell people to play tighter to decrease the variance, but it seems to me that you are playing a little too tight as shown in your last example. Usually good players are only going to reraise with a bigger pair and some times AK. I cant believe that ******** with 7's called.

You also might need to move up a little. Everyone bad beat you showed was horrible by the other oppenent. You wont learn very much and get better. AT least play .25/.50. Doesnt seem like you are doing it right now.

do not trouble. between the main consistent winners that I performed with over some years constantly acted the "dizzy blonde" bit. This threw the lads. Her generic ploy became a style of counter-bluff the place she enticed human beings to look at her very sturdy hand. We used to think of she became overplaying a mediocre hand. of direction you'll be able to desire to constantly advise strip poker the place the percentages could be in you favour. in spite of you do --- no waterworks.

Those bad beats are part of the game, keep in mind if you play top poker against those type of people you will win in the long run.

That stuff happens, you just have to deal with it. Three tournaments is nothing in your whole poker playing career, so you can't let it get you down. And if you do, you're not up for the challenge quite yet.

DO NOT play for real money--play for fun, so if you lose, SO WHAT.
