I thought that the boobs were the first to go, but last year I lost 50 pounds and was pleasantly surprised that I retained my C cup. The size bra kept going down but not the cup size.
Good luck with your weight loss!

Not always true!! Breasts are made out of breast tissue and fat. It depends, If your breasts feel firmer they are mostly muscle and tissue, If they have a lot of soft tssue, it could be excess fat as well. I work in a lingerie store and do a lot of cardio and weight training, I am still a DD up top and a 10 on bottom. We're all different Main thing- WEAR A GOOD SPORTS BRA!!!! That will keep you looking fab no matter what happens to their size

Guess what, if you don't lose weight your cup size won't matter at all as no one will be looking at your top anyway.
Yes, you will lose some boobs, but overall it will be worth it and your vitality and confidence will more than make up for one cup size.

Where you lose weight will be determined by your genetics, there isn't really anything you can do to assure you only lose fat in certain areas. So loosing a cup size is likely (happened to me, but I like my body better now).

If you lose a considered amount of weight they will do tend to get a bit smaller, try to make a routine that envolves bobbie tonification to dont let them fall.

When you lose weight the first places it goes is from your face - and - yes - your boobs. That's just the way it goes.

they can "shrink" down in size, they will be flabby and you will have strech marks, its very unnappealing, kind of like dried up fruit. im not being mean, this is what happened to me, i lost alot of weight and it took a toll on my breasts. i feel so bad now.

Body weight-loss is generally proportional, so, the more of your breast-mass is adipose tissue, the more breast-size you will loose.
