The only place i have zits are on my chin. I've been using an acne cleanser, an oil free moisturizer and acne cream. It feels like it clearing up then i get another zit. What are some products and tips i could use to make my chin clear like the rest of my face?

Alex,
Do not touch or pop the pimple. It will only make the pimple more obvious and risk infection and scarring. Instead, take up the following routine, twice a day, until it disappears.
Wash your hands thoroughly before you begin to touch your face.
Wash your face gently but thoroughly with a mild, medicated soap and warm water.
The water shouldn't feel hot, and lukewarm is a little too cool.
Do not use a washcloth, as the scrubbing action could pick up and distribute bacteria to other parts of your face. It is best to use your hands.
Wash for about 30 seconds.
Pat your skin dry with a towel.
Apply a bit of toothpaste on the zit but try to avoid contact with it.
After topical treatment is dry, apply a basic face moisturizer (preferably allergy-tested, fragrance free, and oil free). Without moisturizing, the skin around the pimple can dry and irritate your skin, possibly making the pimple more inflamed and noticeable.
Cover the pimple with medicated concealer (optional).

I would avoid touching your face entirely anymore then you have to, on top of washing your hands frequently.
That's the simplest advice,
But, I will also suggest you sleep with your hair tied back (it's not good to let it brush against your face), and to regularly change your pillowcase, even if you don't change your sheets.

Your chin and jaw line and are target ares for acne, and sometimes your neck. The red spots keep on popping up and leave you in an irritating position. But, there are many treatments for acne and products to cure acne are available in the market. Using the right products according to your skin type is the best way to cure acne. Along with it, you should keep some points in mind to avoid increase in zits or pimples. Zits are caused basically because of bacteria that gets stuck in the skin pores. So, using benzoyl peroxide cream can help you get rid of zits. Apply this tube regularly on your chin and other affected area and see the result.

Also, don't pop up the zits. It can lead to more trouble. Rather than that try and wash your face very mildly on regular basis. Don't scrub your skin because dirt is not the reason of pimples.

Having a good and right diet can also help you avoid scary zits. Right intake of food will control the cause of zits or pimples.

10% Benzoyl Peroxide from Clean & Clear. I'm currently using it and very satisfied with the product. This stuff is really strong and dries out all the zits, so use only once at night before you go to sleep. Personally, salicylic acid products did not work so well on my skin.

DONT use any on the counter products. Theyre fake and its obviously going to make the pimples on your chin worse. Use 100% aloe vera gel. It helps alot. You can grow it in your backyard.
