The best program is to start to pay it back. Cut up the card and do not spend anymore on it. Then begin a realistic repayment plan for yourself. At each paycheck, make sure it is your first payment, not an afterthought. At the same time, shop around for low or no itnerest cards. If you can save some money on interest by transferring the debt, there is no harm.

Are you out of job? Or are you asking how to start paying it back? Or you just try to find easy way out without effecting your credit score?

The best way is to pay it back on your own. Stop by cutting your credit card and not use it any more. Start budgeting and cut your expenses now. Pay as much as you can every month on time.

Yes, there's help right there in front of you. It's called your income. It's called getting on a written budget. it's called cutting up the plastic and paying cash.

Debt is a treadmill, one which you can't out run, but you can out wit. Simply write down all of your income and outgo each and every month. Know what you will spend, and why, before you spend it.

Get a second job, devote all that income to debt, get out og debt and stay out of debt.

YOU have to keep track of what you spend. Cut out all discretionary spending and use that money to pay off the card. It will take you about 2-3 years to do it.
