TRUTHFULLY YOU CANNOT PERMANENTLY DELETE YOUR HISTORY ON YOUR COMPUTER BECAUSE EVERY WEBSITE YOU VISIT AND FILE IS STORED IN YOUR RAM. YOU CAN USE PROGRAMS THAT WILL ERASE BUGS AND FILES, BUT TRUST ME THAT THEY WILL SOME HOW COME BACK.

Yea CCleaner is the bomb! =] I have it and use it very often. Also you can right click the start logo button on the bottom left and than select Explore and from there find cookies and erase all of them. Also Im pretty sure you know this but theres a button on the top of Internet Explorer Browser that looks like a clock with a green arrow. Click that and erase everything there. right click on the internet explorer icon > properties > (in the general tab) choose clear History.
and can delete cookies files and temporary internet files from the same tab (General) in the properties of the internet explorer .

Go to http://www.download.com and download and install CCleaner.
Great program!!! It will clean all of your "history" and more.
