Revelation 19:16
"And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDs."

This is the Lord Jesus Christ .

Verse 13 "And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and his name is called "The Word of God."

A vesture is a robe. I believe the robe was covering His thigh.

Christ has universal sovereignty. He is King over all who call themselves kings and Lord over all who call themselves lords.

This white horse rider is Christ and not the white horse rider of Revelation 6:2 who is the antichrist.

If you refer to the tattoo J*sus carved on his thigh during the Yom-Kippur prayers in the Temple, it did not look like that...
It was basically rows and columns of the Hebrew letters, some repeated; a total of 72.
Nowadays nobody knows how to ptonounce it, although you can find it in Kabbalistic texts.
This, of course, gave J*sus the ability to perform miracles.
