Ram bytes 1byte to 1megabyte?

Question

Please can someone give me all of the available Ram amounts form 1byte to 1 megabyte
It is for an assignment so i need the answer by tonight

Bytes are not encountered anymore, they were used in the very old, 386's and 486's, so I hope this helps.

Memory works in the power of 2, so from 1 byte to 1 megabyte, you will start with 1byte, 2bytes, 4bytes, 16 bytes, .. , 512bytes, 1024bytes (also called 1 kilobyte).

From there you start again, 2 kilobytes, 4 kilobytes, etc., till you reach 1024 kilobytes, which can also be called 1 megabyte.

Remember, 1 megabyte = 1000 kilobytes = 1000 000 bytes.

also, 1 kilobyte = 1000 bytes.

Kilo is for 1000, 1000 meters = 1 kilometre
Mega is for 1000 000, 1 megawatt = 1000 000 watts.

Never heard of 1 Byte of RAM. But here's how it goes in the normal amounts of RAM historically.

4MB
8MB
16MB
32MB
64MB
128MB
256MB
512MB
1024MB = 1 Giga Byte

RAM is sold in 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1G, 2G and 4G.

in the range you refer to (one byte to 1 MB) it hasn't been around in at least 10 years. are you sure you got the question right? or was there some further context you left out?

byte kilobyte megabyte. theres nothing in between. but fully, it's bit, byte, kilobyte, megabyte, gigabyte, terabyte, petabyte, exabyte, zettabyte, and yottobyte.

if you meant to PURCHASE memory in quantities under one MB, you'll have to look in your grandpas basement or in a game boy or something.
