I havent ever had a cavity before and I am 26. Can it be fixed before it gets to bad, without having to get a filing?

its definitely a cavity and you have passed the point of no filling now unfortunately.once you can see the hole at the surface of the tooth then the damage has already extended down into the tooth.get it seen to as fast as you can before the pain starts and hopefully the filling will be smaller than if you leave it too long.well done for getting to 26 without a filling tho!!! u r part of an elite and ever dwindling group!!!

Probably, yes. Go to the dentist and they can save the tooth early before the cavity gets larger and more difficult to fill.

They can fix it with venears, and yes, it's a cavity. You don't have to worry about silver fillings if it's in the front, they use white.

If it's a hole it's a cavity. A lot less painfull and less expensive the sooner you go in. It will only get bigger.
