"There are many paths up the mountain". While climbing, all our views are restricted to whichever side of the mountain we are on. Naturally each of us thinks our path is the best. We can't even see the people who are climbing on the opposite side, but that doesn't mean they're not there. Look forward to greeting them at the top, where we'll all have the 360 degree view.
Remember, if you keep stopping to fight with someone else on another path, neither of you are making progress.
Just keep going up. You might be surprised who you see up there.....and who you don't.
Now for that other thing about the blind men and the elephant..............Nah....I'll spare you. :-)
:) :) :)

I certainly hope I have no "mortal enemies" here. I would thank all who contribute to this forum no matter their belief. What a great place to share and compare ideas.

May you find the love of the Living God, the peace and grace through Jesus Christ and the comfort of the Holy Spirit.
Grace to you!

I think the fact that we're all here speaking our minds says that we're open minded enough to listen to other ideas even if we don't agree with them. The truly close-minded would never come here at all. So kudos to everyone, no matter what religion (or non-religion)!

To dze, whose account was deleted after a bogus violation, but not restored:
I don't believe what you believe, but I didn't, for a moment doubt your sincerity, nor ever find that you abandoned morality to defend a belief. I think you got a bum response from Yahoo!

Remember "Footprints". It's the tough times that there were only one set because you were being carried. As alone and sad and scared as you might feel, there is always someone else there. You don't have to do it all alone.

I really don't have any issues with most. I would say that most of you are pretty cool.
Really the only ones that give me any flak are the fundamentalists of my faith.
A thoughtful word for them would be:
I pray that your faith will be rewarded accordingly!

It doesn't matter in regards of our views on God etc. etc.
Bill and Ted said it best:
Be excellent to each other and.....
Party On Dudes!
