Yes women are supposed to wear modest length skirts or dresses, and men have to wear suits and ties...No mustaches or facial hair...Jesus wouldn't approve...He carried a Bic razor at all times....Men arent allowed to have facial hair either..LOL
I remember one over zealous brother giving a talk on modesty..saying that slits in skirts are like arrows, and are pointing to sudgestive body parts....I got the giggles..because at that very moment, I was wondering what this brothers tie was pointing to!
Being a Witness can be brutal on those of us with a high IQ

They dress in a matter that can separate them from others such as no goth; no heavy make-up etc... They are very well groomed and stress good hygiene. basically you would not be able to tell them from one person to the next, they shop where you shop and dress in clothes that are not revealing but stylish. Remember that every one has there own personality and there own way of dressing. I do know that the women wear dresses to their meetings and the men wear suits this is out of respect to their God Jehovah. But in general, No they don't have a dress code, just a respectfull code of ethics.

No not from what I've seen as I watch our local lot go to their meeting hall across the road from the church I go to (by the way I live in what is known as "the church quarter" in my home town) their dress standard is quite smart mind you so is the dress code in other churches as well.

Most JW's dress modestly. There is not a dress code that they adhere to.

We dress modestly and according to the occasion. We pay much attention to our attire and grooming because we represent the Most High God,Jehovah at ALL TIMES.

I have seen them on corners of busy intersections sometimes. They are dressed very conservative. Usually Grey or black suits, black below the knee skirts or mid calf length skirts and same colour jacket, virtually no heel or very low heel, again very conservative colour, either black or grey, with a conservative colour blouse. Nothing racy, nothing fancy, nothing bold. I see them in long coats as well, ankle length.

I like young ladies in jeans. It creates them look more home town like and it generally does not appear to be they try too hard but if you are looking to get this folks attention, this might not exactly be what you would like

I do enjoy putting on long skirts occasionally. They are actually convenient than Denims and also not as hot to wear.

They just like to dress nice when going door to door, and to the kingdom hall..... no dress code....

I think they are always immaculately turned out, I dont subscribe to their beliefs, but I will always speak to them, I would never slam the door in their face.
