"I am not alone, because the Father is with me. "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. "In the world you have tribulation, but take courage, I have overcome the world." (John 16:32, 33)
"...I will never leave you, nor forsake you; therefore I can boldly say, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not fear what man can do to me" (Hebrews 13:5b,6). Trials develop godly character. "...we exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character, and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us...

I have several that mean a lot to me but this is the one I tend to keep in my mind.
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13

There are more than one:
Psalm 37:3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
1 Kings 19:14
14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
Psalm 37 is continuous. It is a daily reminder of what God promised.
Luke 11:9 Reminds me that He hears me. And cares about me.
1 Kings 19:14 causes me to be jealous of God. That I would not want to be lacking in zeal for Him in truth and love. If I got the chance, I hope I would say what Elijah said. Only I would want to say, " God if you are the only one with me, it would be more than anyone has in the whole world."

Romans 8:38-39...For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The reason is because it is a source of solace in a world full of people who don't understand the true meaning of love. The full meaning of commitment. The full meaning of compassion. All of these things I find in God's love through Christ's gift.

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to flesh, but according to Spirit.
About the best news one could here. To know that we stand forgiven, redeemed and justified before God. To know that we no longer face the condemnation for our sin, but stand in the imputed righteousness of Christ. When God looks at us, He sees Christ.

Now were supposed to boil it all down to ONE VERSE?? Isn't it bad enough that you've tried to boil down 2,000 years of Christian Tradition and Theology into one BOOK??

(Acts 26:18) in order to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, so that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.
Once in Darkness of Religion.... came to the Light in Christ Jesus..... See my Blog for More...!

As far as the bible? Probably 'be still and know that I am'
It stops me in my tracks and calms me when I am anything but.
