In less time than that of course you have to check with your doctor of any health precautions you may have. Just make sure you exercise everyday and do interval training such as working out a couple different body parts a day and stick to a good diet with lots of fiber, veggies and protein, low salt & sugar. So try jogging or speedwalking then sprint, weightlifting, etc find what works for you.

I love the guy who said 2 or 3 days-that was my best laugh of the day!!!! No, it is not possible to lose 45 pounds in 6 months and keep it off. What you need to do is exercise daily, limit your sugars and carbs, eat smaller portions and dont eat anything after 7 at night. You will lose weight slowly and that is the only way to safely lose weight. By the way lose is spelled L O S E . Loose is a word that is used to describe how your pants will fit after you have lost 25 lbs or more.

Low Carb.
I Lost 10 lbs In Like 3 Weeks.
It's Healthy To Have Dark Breads And Stuff, And Milk.
Just Avoid Candy, Chocolate, Stuff Like That.
Chicken, Pork, Steak And Fish Are All Pretty Low Carb, Too.
Don't Go Straight South Beach, THough. You Need Some Carbs, Like The Dark Breads And Dairy.
You Also Need To Keep Up Protein!

The slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off.
Lose 1-2 pounds a week through healthy diet and exercise, so 45 pounds could come off in 6 months.

I would think so. If you work out 5-6 times a week for 45-60mins and watch what you are eating, I think it is possible. Main thing to remember is to burn more calories than you intake. Stay away from processed foods. A diet full of veggies, fruits and whole grains will not only give you a slimmer waist, but also a glowing complexion. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

loose that weight or more in less than six months, same as u I am just 5'2, well basically it's like walking too much, going to school and projects as well as getting sick which makes loose that much fat. I suggest be patient and have a routine,, make a good diet plan and back plan for it but dont ever starve yourself. have a routine exercise like jog, work out and be productive enjoy activities as well and eat good food whichis healthy and dont ever skip meals, then tryto lessen the consumption of food. That works out for me. Like Have a game plan of after six youwont eat heavy meals until six in the morning then lots of fiber and fruits as well as water. Good luck! goingto gym or badminton counts! Just do it regularly or everyday for the whole six months then thatwill you do good or even with every other day.

the safest rate at which to lose weight is two pounds a week, that means that you could lose forty pounds in about five months if you stick to a regimen of 1200 calories intake a day and walk for thirty minutes continuously every single day.
It means changing your life style, not just dieting until you lose the weight. For once you lose the weight, you will want to maintain it, so you will need to continue to walk and eat in a healthy fashion.

Worked for me!!
1. Do not eat past ten at night or 2 hours before you go to sleep.
2. Cut out all junk food, sugar/candy, and any crud food.
3. Sub veggies and fruit for junk food.
4. Find time everyday to walk, far or short distances whatever you can do just get some exercise.
5. Limit your daily calorie intake
good luck!

well dont starve youserlf silly because if you dont eat anything at all the body thinks that you are in a starvation sistuaion and makes you gain weight fast. cut out the calories and replace them with something healthy like fruits and vegtables or carbohydrates. Make up youre own diet rather than following somebody elses
