Some people just have a metabolism, that they can eat whatever and it doesn't effect them.I was that way,and I remember taking weight on pills.Anyway,the only true way is to build up muscle,and there are plenty of ways to do that.One of the best is 'isometrics'.One doctor told me to drink chocolate shakes,that did not help me.So I would look in to exercises for building up muscle in your body.

Pasta, cheese, bread, soda, whole milk. If you eat thick stuff like thick alfrado and pasta. THe alfrado should be made with heavy wipping cream and lots of butter. Drink tons of soda (its loaded with sugar) And eat when you are not hungry.

u can take food with lot of cream...drink milk with the cream..food which contains lots of starch...u can also have non-veg food specially beef and mutton or u can boil cornflour boiled in little water and milk...oats also will help
