Unlike the other worthies here I do sympathize with your attachment - Lays may taste a lot like Walkers, but there is no product in the uk similar or comparable to Ruffles which, as we both know, have rrrrrrrrrrrridges. (mcCoy's are good but NOT the same...)
AS you have probably already gathered they are not stocked in any normal supermarkets - your only (remote) chance is to go somewhere like Harrod's or Fortnum and Masons in central London, where you can often get imported brands not available elsewhere. But I'm not promising you'll find them, and if you do, expect to pay outrageous prices!

Why would you want to buy Lays crisps, they taste exactly the same as Walkers, even the bags are identical?

Lays and Walkers are both owned by Pepsico, inc.
I would imagine, therefore, that Walkers Crisps are the closest you will get to Lays.

Why on earth would you want to?
They're North American brands.
The British have their own kind.
