INANE: "silly and pointless".
So I guess it wouldnt be about whether or not the beliefs made sense as long as it gained worthy results of some sort. Most religions seem to do some good for the people who follow them. Even christianity or scientology (yes Ive done abit of both).

Personally I think that the "Church of the SubGenius" is worthy contender. Bob the internet-created god. But even a religion that makes fun of religions might not be considered pointless. Especially one that takes it as far as they do.

Maybe it should be "Pastafarianism"
Spaghetti God anyone?

well lets see first there would be Evangelical Christan's then there would be the right-wing Christan's then there would be Christan and fundamentalist. some times satanist get a little crazy (the one who don't know what they are talking about unfortunately there is ignorance in every religion) Scientology Catholics.

oh yeah and i forgot Islam and well wiccans some of them are really nerdy and they wonder why people make fun of them. i think every religion has some level of ignorance in it

Pretty much all of them.
Any cult that claims to be "right" and yet asks you to worship an imaginary sky-pixie, is, by definition, inane.

To me it would be Scientology, hands down.

I've not come across any yet that weren't inane. Cept my own of course. Davinaism or Davinaity, which d'you think?

hmm... two way tie between christianity and islam. this notion of a creator who punishes for not surrendering to his will. it's sadistic. and it makes no sense whatsoever to follow a guy like that.

if a guy beat the crap out of somehow for disobeying him, is he entitled to worship?

How do you define 'Insane?'
Many insane people think they are sane and others are insane.
You may well be very insane...when last you checked your little brain?
