I have been where you are now, and wow isn't it great.

I would get her something that will remind her of your first date or something to remind her of the first time you met.
Or maybe there was something outstanding that happened while you were dating that would bring back good memories.

My dad bought my mom a charm bracelet, and every year, he bought her a charm that reminded her of something great that happened to the both of them that year. This really impressed her and she loved it. They are both with the Lord now, and I have that bracelet. My wife wears it from time to time, but it still brings back great memories of time passed.
