i know i should see someone it has been getting worse over the last week makes me feel a bit sick. a friend says it could be trapped wind.

Gas pain would only last a few hours, at most. If it's been days and it's getting worse, you should probably see the doctor.

It could also be an hiatus hernia...do you feel sick. Get in touch with your doctor any pain should be investigated. It could be trapped wind caused by the hernia. Do you suffer with too much acid as this can cause pain.
But hey I'm not a doctor so book yourself an appointment to see yours.

There are only a few people who enjoy seeing the doctor. However, given the choice of getting well or getting sicker (or dying) the wise person will choose a doctor! Why haven't you?

kidney stones are extremely common....and if the stone is stuck in the kidney then it could be backing up your system and the toxins are getting in to your body....very bad..you need to go see a doctor anytime some pain is making you nauseous you need to seek help...you could die.
