i want to look good in 2 weeks or less. and i have a problem with my lower tummy and i want to lose my back fat also. im willling to do anything. i just want something that will work. im up for any suggestion, thanks

Eating a basic veggie diet, and only lean meat, nothing processed. Keeping fibre in your diet daily, so all flows out regularily.
Drinking lots more water than normal helps to flush out the system. About 2 quarts throughout each day and not all at once.
100 Sit-ups morning and night will do the toning.
Don't know about your back, i'm guessing with the above things and the sit-ups you could loose that as well.
And it is true losing that much weight in 2 weeks isn't healthy.And will probably be temporary. Also, you can check with your Doctor, and make sure you are in shape for a diet/exercise plan.

I would definitely try Pilates. I love Windsor Pilates. Get a video and do it every other day. Let your muscles rest between days. You will see results pretty fast and feel it almost immediately.

Drink lots of water, cut out the sweets, and limit the carbs.

I would even try to get some AdvantEdge Carb control protein drinks and drink one immediately after exercise and then drink one before bedtime when your muscles are repairing themselves...also make sure you get some sort of protein with each meal, it will slow down the processing of the carbs that you do eat and they won't be stored as fat......

You'll be amazed at how fast you can take some fat off within 2 weeks!

10 pounds in 2 weeks is not really that healthy...you would have to eat a number of calories that would be below the recommended minimum per day. It's a better goal to do it in a month. You just need to do some good cardio and count your calories. Don't eat more than 1500 or so calories a day
