Yes, Jehovah God knows Us All.
And I don't know how many hairs are on my head.
"Your eyes saw even the embryo of me,
And in your book all its parts were down in writing,
As regards the days when they were formed
And there was not yet one among them."~~Ps 139;16
"Before I was forming you in the belly I knew you,
and before you proceeded to come out of the womb
I sanctified you"...Jer 1:5
My own Mother didn't even know me,
until after my birth.
And even then she only got to just meet me.

Yes he know us more than we know ourselves and all the points everyone has covered but I have another point too.
Jehovah is not oblivious to injustice. He sees what is going on. Regarding Noah's day, the Bible tells us: "Jehovah saw that the badness of man was abundant in the earth and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only bad all the time." (Genesis 6:5) Consider the implications of that statement. Often, our perception of injustice is based on a few incidents that we have either heard about or personally encountered. In contrast, Jehovah is aware of injustice on a global scale. He sees it all! More than that, he can discern the inclinations of the heart-the debased thinking behind unjust acts.-Jeremiah 17:10.
And that is why Jehovah is the perfect Judge for us all!

Of course Jehovah God knows us better than we know ourselves. I was thinking of the same thing, that he knows how many hairs is on our head. We don't even know that.

Even I DON'T Know the Number of Hairs that I have EVER Had at ANY Moment tells me that my VERY LOVING Father Jehovah God DEFINITELY Knows me BETTER Than I know Myself !

If He wants to... I personaly do not believe that God covers every one 24/7/365... but if he wants to know what is going on he can find out fast... and he can run a scan on anyones brain and know all there is there any time he wishes... I do believe that God has authorized certain of his angels to be able to also keep track of what is going on as well.... so you never know when you are being monitored..... and of course... here on Earth The Forces of Evil also do their own monitoring... and they know what is going on all the time as well...
