My kids love this, and so does my husband!
hungryboy casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 (15 oz) can pork and beans
1 c chopped onion
1 c bbq sauce
1 can refrigerator biscuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown the beef till almost all brown, add onions and continue cooking till meat is done. Pour in the beans and bbq sauce, heat til bubbly. Pour mixture into an oven safe casserole(I always make this in my cast iron so I dont have to transfer dishes) Top with the biscuits and bake for time indicated on biscuit can(15-20 min)
Biscuit Taco Pie
1 pound ground beef
3-4 med potatoes
1 c salsa + 2 tomatoes, or 1 (16oz) can stewd/crushed tomatoes
1 c chopped onion
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 can or 16oz bag of frozen corn
2 cans of the 'grands' type biscuits
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel and quarter potatoes, then slice each section into bite sized pieces. Brown the meat with the potatoes, onions and garlic. while meat is cooking peel and chop fresh tomatoes. Add salsa, tomatoes, corn and spices. Cook till corn is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. separate each biscuit in half and lay in the bottom of a 9x13 size casserole dish, covering as much as possible, tearing them in half if needed. Layer the meat mixture on top of this and sprinkle with the cheese. Layer the top of the casserole with separated biscuit halves and bake for 12-15 minutes till biscuits are browned.
Enjoy!

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

3. Add the, cumin, pepper, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of the salt to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the potatoes, yogurt and milk.
4. Bring just to a boil. Cover the pan. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
5. Stir in the remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Simmer about 2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and cilantro and serve it with rice or pita bread.

Ground Beef Recipe
My mom fixes small hamburger patties.
Fries them and puts cream of mushroom soup over them.
or beef gravy
(extra mushrooms optional)
Served with French cut green beans, corn and or mashed potatoes.
And Crescent rolls
My mom’s green beans:
She takes French cut green beans or the others.
She drains the water and rinses the green beans.
She puts them in a cast iron skillet with water and brings them to a boil.
She adds one or two packets of sugar substitute.
She continues boiling until almost all the water is gone.
Then she adds a little margarine.
I like to cook them until the water is gone and they start to sizzle in the pan.
I like canned carrots this way too.

My personal favorite is Frito Tacos. Brown the beef and serve on top of fritos with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, olives, and onion. Or any variation of the above.
